  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns may only be accepted for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
