At Balad Boutique, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and products. Each bottle is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. Because perfumes are considered personal care products, returns are subject to strict conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened and Unused: Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragrances.

Items not purchased directly from Balad Boutique (third-party retailers have their own policies).

Gift cards or promotional items.

Final sale or clearance products.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at Baladboutiquellc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
